The “Lehigh Valley Half-Marathon” was another fun and successful race at Trexlertown PA. This was the 4^th race in the 5 race series for the Eastern Seaboard Series. The results are posted on our website with the overall standings updated!

We also raised $1000.00 for the Red Cross Hurricane Katrina fund. We will be doing the same thing next month but will also have our silent auction. The list of items will be posted soon.

 

The weather held out for the 4^th straight time, we just couldn’t get any luckier than that. The skaters and spectators all had a great time watching some exciting races and enjoying the beautiful park.

Next months Grand Finale is shaping up to be a great event. This will be NIRA Outdoor Nationals. With 3 separate chances to become National Champion. We will be having a “Criterium Champion” for all Pro divisions and all Advanced divisions, and of course our regular 5K for the Recreational division. This race will go towards series points. Also looking for the “Sprint Champion”, this will be a 300-meter Time Trial with 6 different age groups. With the 3 person mixed relays (10K) finishing out the day.
