But then nothing about the WALT DISNEY WORLD Inline Marathon Weekend is ordinary! So pack up your skates and your family and join us for a magical skate around the World.

ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES
Half Marathon:
$55 if received by April 1
$65 if received April 2-30

Full Marathon:
$70 if received by April 1
$80 if received April 2-30
Entry fee includes commemorative race shirt for all participants

DIVISIONS
Pro (Marathon Only) - Elite Skaters who are USAC, USAIR, or RWC certified. Pro Masters (Marathon Only) - Elite Skaters 35 or older who are USAC, USAIR, or RWC certified.
Open (Marathon and Half Marathon) - Skaters able to maintain the minimum pacing requirements.

Note: All skaters must be 13 years of age or older

MILITARY DIVISION - NEW 2005
Active, reserve, or retired members of the U.S. military are invited to participate in the WALT DISNEY WORLD Inline Marathon or Half Marathon as part of a new military division. Qualified members of the Air force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, and Navy are eligible to compete.

THE COURSE
New Course for 2005!
Enjoy a scenic tour of the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort on a course that takes you through two of Disney's world-famous theme parks - Disney-MGM Studios and Epcot. The out-and-back course starts and finishes at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. Half Marathoners complete one loop while Full Marathoners skate the course twice. CLUB/TEAM DISCOUNT
If you skate regularly with a group of friends or even a skate club, you should consider coming to the WALT DISNEY WORLD Inline Marathon as a team! Not only does a long weekend at the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort mean great fun with great friends, but teams of 10 or more are eligible to receive a discount! Call (407) 938-3398 for more information.

PACING REQUIREMENTS
All athletes participating in the Marathon must be able to maintain a pace faster than 7-Minutes per mile. All athletes participating in the Half-Marathon must be able to maintain a pace faster than 9-Minutes and 10-Seconds per mile. Anyone not able to maintain these pacing requirements will be picked up and transported to the finish line.

SAFETY
Helmets are mandatory to participate in the event. Only inline skates will be permitted. Baby joggers/strollers, headphones, skateboards, and animals will be prohibited on the race course.

AWARDS
Medals will be given to all finishers. Additional awards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in the Pro and Pro Masters divisions, the top three male and female finishers in each age group for the Half and Full Open divisions, and the top three overall male and female finishers in the Half and Full Military divisions. Military division winners are also eligible for age group awards.
