Jim Larson will be assisting with the preparation & organization.

The seminar will be directed towards coaching, but senior skaters & those coaching themselves or helping others will all benefit, it will be conducted in a down to earth & understandable format.

Looking forward to seeing many of you in Duluth.

One of the most difficult things for coaches to get correct is training the correct energy systems. We will discuss the isolated training required to boost, all the vital systems, to create complete skaters, you have to have a very fast 500, plus the staying power to succeed, to get both areas correct at the same time is an art, plus arranging your peaking cycle, to come to fruition when its required, these two areas will be focused on during the seminar.

Technique is probably the most important factor with inline skating, unless you are a one in a 1,000 who has there own specific technique you will benefit from the identification methods, & what is required to create the effective technique to go the distance and produce the speed.

Training programs, with weights & offskate will be distributed & discussed, during the seminar.

Also a number of other topics will be discussed. A program format will be issued soon.
